Bernshaw 1970s black dress

This is a rare vintage 1970s black 'Adele' dress by Bernshaw with neon pink and green trimmings on sleeves and long ribbons at the front. The sleeves can be worn on or off shoulder and can be removed if you wish. Also has straps to keep the dress up, or you can wear it strapless. Fully lined and is maxi length. Zip at the back.
