Vintage Bernshaw party dress
This is an incredible 1980s party dress by the brand Bernshaw. The top part is black velvet with black beaded flowers around the waistband and wrists. The skirt part is a blue chiffon like fabric with a purple netting underskirt to give it fullness. In excellent condition.
