Royal Mail Post Offices’ here in the U.K. close from 5pm Thursday 24th December and don’t reopen until Tuesday 29th December. Any orders between 25th-28th December will be posted on Tuesday 29th December. Thanks!
POSTAGE WITHIN THE UK DURING THE PANDEMIC
All items, within the UK, are shipped by Royal Mail First Signed For post. All items are laundered and we pack them wearing gloves. Non clothing is disinfected.
These are tracked so you do not have to worry about security or the parcel being lost in the post.
Shipping within the UK is just £4.99 regardless of size, weight or how many pieces you order.
You can select your mode of shipping at checkout by using the drop down menu. Please ensure you select either standard for within the UK or international outside of the UK.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE TOO
All items, outside of the UK, are shipped first class by airmail and depending on the location will take between 5-14 working days. Our international standard rate is £20. We do refund some of the shipping if your parcel costs less than this to ship. We ship ANYWHERE in the world...

1) If you are not totally happy with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of purchase - in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations customers are entitled to a refund withing 14 working days of receipt of goods.
SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
2) You must email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with the return address.
3) You are responsible for posting the item back to us and we are not able to refund return postage so please do not request a refund. The exception to this is if the item is not as described.
5) However if you would like an EXCHANGE, email us and we will be happy to refund your return postage and will of course post out the new item to you at no extra cost.
*LOVELY'S VINTAGE EMPORIUM CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IF ITEMS RETURNED ARE DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM. It is up to the purchaser to make sure items are insured and packaged correctly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
