This is a vintage Hobbs green and white linen dress in a UK 10 that belonged to singer and actor Toyah Willcox. It has short sleeves and a gorgeous summer palm print in shades of green and white. Lined. Has large integral belt which can be wrapped around the waist or worn as a big bow at the front or back. She wore this on stage when giving motivational speeches.
